Why does after-builders cleaning cost more than a normal clean?
Construction dust is finer and more persistent than household dust, and it needs clearing in stages rather than one pass. That takes more time and care, especially around new finishes.
Can you clean before the trades are fully finished?
It is usually best to wait until the dusty work is done, otherwise the dust simply returns. We are happy to advise on timing.
Will you damage new paintwork or worktops?
No. We use the right approach for each new surface precisely so the finish is protected while the residue comes off.
